How do I place an order?
Open the product page, choose the quantity and click Buy Now to go straight to checkout, or Add to Cart to keep shopping. Enter your shipping details, pay at checkout and place your order. You will see an order confirmation on screen and receive one by email.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you see your order history and save your address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at faizdigital7266@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it has shipped, and we refund any cancelled order in full.
Payment
How do I pay?
Payment is taken in full at checkout. The payment methods available to you are shown on the checkout page. Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). If your card or PayPal account uses another currency, such as euros or pounds, your provider converts the amount.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our whole site, including checkout, uses an encrypted (SSL/HTTPS) connection. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our website.
Do you charge sales tax or VAT?

Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, all 27 countries of the European Union and the United Kingdom.
How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?

Will I get tracking?
Yes. When tracking is available for your shipment, we email you the tracking details once your order ships.
Returns
Can I return the product?
Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for eligibility, the time limit and how to request a return. If you live in the EU or UK, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
The product
What does the device do?
It is a handheld cosmetic device that combines EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) with three light colors for neck and face care. The manufacturer markets it for skin-tightening care and the double-chin area. Results vary and it is not a medical treatment.
How do I use it?
Follow the instruction manual included in the box for charging, mode selection and session length.
Who should not use it?
Do not use an EMS device if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant, have epilepsy or a heart condition, or have metal implants in the treatment area, unless your doctor has approved it. Avoid the eye area and the front of the throat, and do not use it on broken or irritated skin.
